RIVETTED CONSTRUCTION

After stress relieving, the screen is assembled by rivetting to avoid development of any further stresses. Such a manufacturing technique ensures trouble free service over prolonged use.

VIBRATING ARRANGEMENT

After years of experience, the design and location of the vibrating arrangement is so chosen that the drive axis is always in the vertical plane passing through the centre of gravity of the screen body. Amplitude adjusment is possible at site to suit site requirement.

SCREEN PANELS

One has the option of flat rubber deck / polyurathane panels or the conventional wire net panels. The wire netting it self can come in different configurations. The final selection is both a matter of choice and user experience.
