HEAVY DUTY

The screens are manufactured for heavy duty applications required for the ore/mineral process industries. The basic structure consists of two strongly reinforced side frames forming a box structure with deck frames connected to the frame through rivets.

Eccentrically loaded fly wheel mounted on shaft is supported on heavy duty amply sized fully enclosed bearings, having special clearance, and dust tight seals

MULTIDECK

These screens are available in single, double or triple decks configuration to suit application and layouts.

STRESS RELIEVING

The deck frame, side panels and other major fabricated components are stress relieved to remove stresses developed during welding.
